The best value is achieved by buying an annual plan. For most of our packages, the monthly membership buys you a service worth the amount of your monthly payment or more. You are also entitled to a discount to all our spa services. The annual package offers the best value. Let’s look at the Ultimate Beauty Package. If you buy this Annual Membership for $3,000, you receive $350 credit towards any Vitamin Infusion Package each month, a $4,200 value. You can also choose an IPL or Forma RF Package at no incremental cost, a value of up to $1,710 plus a quarterly coaching session with our NP. On top of that you get 20% OFF all treatments including Morpheus and Injectables. Now that is a BEAULICIOUS kind of deal.
You are always welcome to choose the best discount available at any time. We do not allow the use of more than one discount for any one product or service.
If you purchase a monthly plan, you will pay your first month on the day of booking and thereafter you will automatically be charged once a month on that same calendar day for the monthly amount due. Likewise, the quarterly plan will be billed on the day of booking and subsequent billing will be three months after on the same calendar day. Annual Membership plans will be billed on the annual booking date.
Yes, if you buy a quarterly plan or an annual plan that includes, for instance three- or twelve-monthly credits, respectively, towards Vitamin Infusions, you can certainly accelerate or avail yourself of three or twelve vitamin infusions over any time period within the membership package period.
For many reasons, your period to use membership services is limited to three months and twelve months for the quarterly or annual plan. We will however allow catch up within the purchased period. If you are entitled to three monthly services and you have found that you did not use the second month of service, we will allow you to use that second unused service in the third month.
These plans are packaged in such a way that it would be complicated to offer a refund. However, If a refund is requested, our policy will be to charge you the retail prices on all services already taken and we will refund the balance. We will help as best as we can to help you choose the membership plan that serves you best. We want you to make the right choice.
